- Change of hours: The Austin Municipal Court’s main location at Bergstrom Tech Center, 6800 Burleson Road, Building 310, Suite 175 is changing its hours of operation.
- Now the hours of operation will be from 8am to 6pm Monday to Fridaywith extended hours Thursdays from 8 am to 8 pm
- Civil hearings for parking cases will be available at this location from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Telephone hours will not change: 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
- Hours of operation and services provided at City Hall will not be affected.
- New location for the North Customer Service Center: The North Customer Service Center will be moving from the previous location at 12425 Lamplight Village Avenue to a new location across the street in 2121 West Parmer Lane, Suite 116, Austin, Texas 78758.
- The new location will still serve as an in-person customer service center with walk-up service windows available.
- Hours of operation at this location will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
“We have updated our hours of operation and the location of the North Customer Service Center to ensure the court makes efficient use of resources while upholding our commitment to providing prompt and impartial service to those who interact with our department,” said Mary Jane Grubb, Municipal Court Clerk.
