The Ministry of Health advised to follow three basic rules to maintain heart health, most notably: Ensure a healthy diet.

Al-Sharqiya Health Club said, through its Twitter account, that heart health can be maintained through the following: following a healthy diet, exercising, and relieving psychological stress.

The Sharkia Health Club had previously explained that exercise had a positive effect on: muscular functions, bone density, motor coordination and physical balance.
