In Maine-et-Loire, in order to provide a response to construction and landscape companies which employees need eat lunch in heated places and in good conditions sanitary, agreements can be made between companies and restaurateurs.
The prefecture announced the news Friday 15 January 2021. This decision was taken in consultation with the professional branches of the sector (FFB49 and Capeb 49), as well as representatives of the catering industry (UMIH 49 and GNI 49). All in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Maine-et Loire and the Chamber of Crafts.
In the form of a convention
“The system is intended to be simple, pragmatic and in strict compliance with the conditions laid down by article 40 of the decree of 29 October 2020 as amended. A fixed-term contract for provisional collective catering service is established between the restaurateur and the catering company. BTP for the reception of its employees. ”
This agreement is transmitted to the CCI of Maine-et-Loire for registration. The standard agreement can be downloaded from the websites of Prefecture and of the ICC.
“However, the restaurants concerned remain closed to the public and cannot receive consumers other than employees of companies with which they have signed an agreement.”
As a reminder, there are now nine restaurants open for road transport professionals.
