Maine-et-Loire Habitat and Podeliha will build 720 off-site housing units in four years – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire – Sarthe

Maine-et-Loire Habitat and Podeliha have launched a joint consultation with companies that want to participate in industrialized and sustainable housing projects (liid). With this call for tenders, the two local players in social housing guarantee an annual volume of orders to the companies selected, which on their side commit to

produce constructions that comply with the 2020 Environmental Regulations and with the “Biosourced Building” label, made with a wooden structure and off-site. The two landlords aim to produce 180 off-site housing units per year over four years (60 to 70 units for Maine-et-Loire Habitat and 110 to 120 for Podeliha), i.e. 720 units in total. In each department of the region, 50 to 70 individual houses will thus be built. Maine-et-Loire Habitat has already undertaken the construction of 170 off-site housing units and Podeliha has launched the construction of 50 housing units in Maine-et-Loire, Mayenne, Sarthe and Vendée.
