Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows incited an insurrection when Trump spread false claims about voter fraud in the 2020 election.
The state of Maine is the second in the US to remove Trump from the ballot. The Colorado Supreme Court decided last week to disqualify Donald Trump for inciting an insurrection, before the attack on the Capitol in 2021.
