Main-Spessart district administrator Sabine Sitter said goodbye to twelve soldiers on Friday. The Bundeswehr forces have been supporting the Main-Spessart health department with contact tracing in Marktheidenfeld since the beginning of December.
Since the Bundeswehr is concentrating on its actual task again due to the current situation caused by Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine, the support was not extended any further.
District Administrator Sitter thanked the servicewomen and men with a District Administrator’s shop and acknowledged their commitment and professionalism.
