Main-Kinzig-Kreis: Burglars let a pack of dates go with them

Unusual burglars let unknown burglars go along with deeds in the Main-Kinzig district. Among other things, a packet of dates.

Bad Soden-Salmünster / Maintal – This was reported by the Southeast Hesse police headquarters in Offenbach on Saturday morning. On Friday night, for example, a single-family house in Maintal (Main-Kinzig district) in the street “Am Weides” was broken into.

“In order to get into the property, the perpetrator or perpetrators pried open the patio door, searched various rooms for valuables and, according to current knowledge, left the crime scene with a pack of dates,” reported a police spokesman. The police in Hanau asked witnesses to report relevant observations by calling (06181) 100123. On the night of Saturday around 3:40 a.m., there was also a break-in at a gas station in Bad Sodener Strasse in Bad Soden-Salmünster (Main-Kinzig district).

A previously unknown, dark-clad male perpetrator had gained access to the sales rooms of a gas station. According to the police, he stole alcohol and two cans of tobacco. The police in Gelnhausen asks for information on (06051) 8270. (sar)
