Zamalek club defender Mahmoud Alaa explained the reason for his celebration after scoring the second goal for his team and for him in their match against their counterpart Tanta.
Mahmoud Alaa tweeted, through his personal account on the social networking site, Twitter, saying: “The issue does not go beyond joking with Ferjani Sassi on the way to implementation, and I do not mean to insult and provoke Tanta goalkeeper at all.
Mahmoud Alaa had celebrated scoring the penalty kick in the manner of his Tunisian colleague, Ferjani Sassi, by looking at the goalkeeper and trying to imitate him.
Tanta’s goalkeeper, Mohamed Ashraf, previously said in an interview with the “Tala fans” program, on On Time Sport, that he did not pay attention to Mahmoud Alaa’s celebration of scoring the penalty kick during the match.
