He said this when responding to a statement by the General Chair of PBNU, KH Said Aqil Siradj, who discussed the emergence of provocations on social media that organized demonstrations against Jokowi’s leadership. He said Jokowi could not be overthrown for reasons of handling Covid 19. The reason was that Jokowi had not violated the law.

“We NU residents have had a very bitter experience, when we had President Gus Dur, he was removed in the middle of the road without clear violations of the law,” said Said Aqil.
