Harry Maguire hinted at how Jurgen Klopp and José Mourinho have had an adverse effect on Man Utd’s results in recent weeks.
Man Utd’s title challenge has stalled since the turn of the year after a streak of just two wins in their last seven league games.
Their most recent disappointment came at the hands of threatened relegation West Brom.

There has been a lot of talk about Man Utd’s frequency of being shot from point of view this season, especially from other top-flight managers.
Liverpool boss Klopp referenced the Red Devils penalty record in a January spiel. Furthermore, the Tottenham coach Mourinho He fired a verbal volley from Fernandes earlier in the season, declaring (via the Daily Express): “What’s important to him is the dimensions of the 18-yard box.
“I would never agree to play with a 17-yard box. I think I would prefer a 22 yard box. It would be better for him ”.
These spikes appear to have irritated Maguire, who hinted that his words have had an adverse effect on the referee’s decision-making at Man Utd competitions.
Speaking to internal TV station MUTV (via the Daily Express) in the West Brom fallout, Maguire said: “Since other people from other teams spoke about us, we have received absolutely nothing from the referee or the VAR.
“Right now we are playing without them, so we have to make sure that we do not leave the game in the hands of the referee or the VAR.”
Ferdinand backs Star Man Utd’s departure
Meanwhile, Rio Ferdinand believes Jesse Lingard should try to make his loan change at West Ham to a permanent one this summer.
The midfielder is off to an impressive start to his life in London, having joined the Hammers in January.
Lingard he scored twice on his debut in an away win over Aston Villa and was back in the lead as the high-flying Hammers posted a 3-0 win over Sheffield United on Monday night.
The England international needed playing time, after losing favor with Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. So far, West Ham seems to be a perfect fit.
To that end, Fernando feels that Lingard should look to move to London Stadium permanently.
