Magic V will be the first foldable mobile from Honor

Do you remember Honor? The Chinese mobile company was once owned by Huawei, which nevertheless sold Honor to a separate company, so that the mobiles avoid it. US boycott of Huawei and thus could be sold in the global market.

Among other places in Norway, where the latest smartphone, Honor 50 i.a. can be purchased CDON, while an older model that Honor 8 can be purchased at Power.

Fans of the foldable mobile have reason to hope that one of the upcoming smartphones will be available on the Norwegian market. The Chinese mobile phone manufacturer comes with a foldable mobile phone, with a design that is clearly inspired by Galaxy Z Fold 3 from Korean Samsung. Honor himself has stated this on the company’s official Twitter profile.

The new foldable mobile is named Honor Magic V and gets an 8 ″ foldable screen with FHD + resolution, 6.45 ″ secondary screen, 108 Mp camera and a battery of 4500 mAh.

Under the foldable screen you will find the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor from Qualcomm.

Honor Magic V will be launched in the near future in the Chinese domestic market. Whether we will see the mobile phone at our latitudes is still an open question.

Another foldable Chinese mobile similar to the Galaxy Z Fold

The new foldable mobile from Honor follows in the footsteps of Oppo Find N, which has just been launched with a 7.1 ″ foldable screen, 50 Mp main camera, Snapdragon 888 processor and 12 GB RAM.

Oppo is owned by the same group that owns OnePlus, but even if the two companies during 2021 have merged their respective development departments, and switched to a common operating system, the Oppo brand itself is still not present on the Norwegian market.

There is still a theoretical possibility that Honor Magic V may appear on the Scandinavian market, but you will have to take a trip to Asia, or at least Germany, if you get one of Oppo’s mobiles.
