On Friday, the Sejm appointed members commission of inquiry into operational and reconnaissance activities using Pegasus. The members of the committee were:

- Mariusz Gosek,
- Marcin Przydacz,
- Jacek Ozdoba,
- Sebastian Łukaszewicz,
- Magdalena Sroka,
- Paweł Śliz,
- Tomasz Trela,
- Przemysław Wipler.

The deputy chiefs were:
- Marcin Bosacki (KO),
- Paweł Śliz (Poland 2050),
- Tomasz Trela (Left Wing),
- Przemysław Wipler (Confederation).
The Pegasus Commission of Inquiry is to examine the legality, correctness and purposefulness of operational and reconnaissance activities undertaken using this software, including: by the government, secret services and police in the period from November 16, 2015 to November 20, 2023.
The commission is also to determine who was responsible for purchasing Pegasus and similar tools for the Polish authorities. It will also examine whether the operational and reconnaissance activities carried out using Pegasus against Polish citizens were legal, correct and intentional.
