The place from Biedrusko has undergone a metamorphosis.
As we have previously reported, the restaurateur visited the “Czterech armored” restaurant in Biedrusko near Poznań at the end of last year. As usual, almost everything has changed, from the decor, through the dishes served, to the name. The restaurant is now called “Bistro Kolorowe Wazy”. The menu includes herring dipped in apple-cream sauce, “beans after a collision with Magda Gessler”, deer leg cutlet with boletus and a surprise, and almond cheesecake with caramel and nuts. The menu also includes: forest deer stew, deer burger or goat cheese burger, oyster mushrooms, sour soup and pork chops.
As we announced, the issue of the episode is planned for March. Fans of the program could watch it on Thursday, March 9. The guests were delighted with the changes. After returning to the premises, Magda Gessler rated the revolution as “five”. The owners did not hide their satisfaction, as they said, there are many more guests.
