“The time has come for Turkish investment in Venezuela, to expand Turkish investment in trade, in food production, in technology, in telecommunications, in heavy industry, in light industry, in medicines, in tourism, in oil, in gas. , in petrochemicals,” Maduro said during the signing ceremony of the signed instruments, broadcast by the state channel VTV.
