On Wednesday June 23 will be the hearing at the Puerto Madryn Judicial Office, with the intervention of Criminal Judge Francisco Marcelo Orlando, where a lawyer from the local jurisdiction will be charged with “illegal exercise of the profession.”
Through Administrative Resolution 08/2020, the Puerto Madryn Public Bar Association resolved: “Article 1: Provide for the Suspension of the Lawyer’s registration”.
As it was learned, said Resolution was duly notified personally to the lawyer, who signed the administrative resolution in its original. However, knowing that he was disqualified by the Puerto Madryn Public Bar Association, he would have continued to practice the profession in the Puerto Madryn Execution Court.
Various investigations also weigh on the lawyer for the alleged commission of the crime of fraud, both in Puerto Madryn and in Trelew.
