Madonna had to spend several days in intensive care because of an infection and has since been released. Her sons Rocco Ritchie and David Banda paid a visit to their mother.
Madonna, 64, is currently recovering from her severe bacterial infection in her New York apartment. According to a statement from her management, the world star came to the intensive care unit because of her illness, where she had spent several days. The singer’s sons Rocco Ritchie, 22, and David Banda, 17, have now been spotted outside her apartment.

Madonna contracted the infection on June 24th. Her health is said to have “improved”. Her daughter Lourdes Leon, 26, is said to have been by her mother’s side the whole time, according to the US celebrity portal “Page Six”.

Madonna’s tour start has been postponed
In an official statement from Madonna’s manager Guy Oseary, 50, on Instagram, it was first said that her health was improving. “However, she is still receiving medical treatment. A full recovery is expected.”
