Madonna is coming to the Netherlands again for a concert. The pop star will be in the Ziggo Dome with her on December 1 The Celebration Tour. She will sing the greatest hits of her forty-year career during the performance in Amsterdam.
The worldwide tour kicks off in July in Vancouver, Canada. The singer will perform in 35 cities. Eleven of the performances will take place in Europe. The show in Amsterdam is the last of these.
The 64-year-old Madonna already released a compilation album in 2009 with the title Celebration from. Since then, a few more albums by the singer have been released, of which Madame X from 2019 was the last. The pop star is celebrating the 40th anniversary of her career this year. She broke through in 1983 with the single Holiday and the accompanying album Madonna.
Madonna last performed in the Netherlands at the end of 2015. She then stood with the Rebel Heart Tour two evenings in the Ziggo Dome. In 2019 and 2020 she toured with the album Madame X, but she skipped the Netherlands.
The presale for the concert in the Ziggo Dome starts on Friday 20 January.
