And Madonna, 62, took to her Instagram story of sharing a photo of herself wearing a tank top with Britney Spears’ name emblazoned when she described the star’s Conservatory as “a violation of human rights.”
“Give her life back to this woman,” wrote Madonna in an accompanying caption. “Slavery was abolished so long ago! Death to the greedy patriarchy that has done this to women for centuries. This is a violation of human rights! Britney, we’re coming to get you out of jail! “
Madonna is far from being a fair-weather fan of Britney Spears as she has publicly had the backs of her fellow pop icons for decades.
