American pop diva Madonna showed a joint photo with her 92-year-old father Silvio Ciccone. The photo was taken immediately after the singer’s concert in her hometown, Detroit, NUR.KZ reports.
Madonna, 65, is currently celebrating her fortieth anniversary with the Celebration tour. She is currently performing in North America.
The day before, the artist performed in front of an audience of thousands in Detroit (Michigan). Her 92-year-old father, Silvio Ciccone, also attended the concert.
Dad and daughter posed for photos backstage after the performance. In the photo, Madonna hugs her father tightly – the man stands firmly on his feet, and a cane helps him with this.
“I love you, dad,” the pop star captioned her social media post.
Last summer, Madonna suffered a severe bacterial infection, which left her in a coma for two days. The singer addressed fans from the stage and said that it was a miracle that she remained alive.
