The Weeknd has found a buyer for his Hidden Hills property.
The “Blinding Lights” singer sold his 13,391-square-foot suburban mansion to Madonna. He bought the property in the gated community outside of Los Angeles for $ 18.2 million in 2017, and initially put it up for sale for $ 25 million. The price eventually fell to $ 22 million before Madonna bought it for $ 19.3 million, Dirt.com reports.
The newly remodeled deck sits on three acres with 9 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, plus a 1,200-square-foot guesthouse. Other amenities include a home theater, wine cellar, fitness center, and music room, while outdoor areas feature a pool, full-size basketball court, and 8-post barn with pastures.
Madonna’s new neighbors include Drake, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Dwyane Wade and Lil Wayne, who just bought a $ 15.4 million home within the celebrity-filled community.
The “Like a Virgin” singer sold her old Beverly Hills home for $ 19.5 million in 2013. She recently rented a home in the Coldwater Canyon area of Beverly Hills.
The Weeknd has spent time in his 8,215-square-foot penthouse in Los Angeles’ Wilshire Corridor, which he bought for $ 25 million in 2019.
