A 30% increase in real estate transactions in Plovdiv was registered in 2021 compared to the previous year, said Gergana Rangelova from Arco Real Estate during a discussion on the state of the market, organized by the site Imoti.net, a reporter told Plovdiv24.bg.
The average price of real estate last year was 940 euros per square meter, against 810 euros / sq.m., Which is an increase of about 16%.
