Thakur spoke about how the young generation is being alienated from culture due to the content on such platforms. The chief minister agreed, citing that Madhya Pradesh is a land of religious and spiritual importance. Thakur has spoken out against shows and series on OTT platforms, claiming that they have a negative impact on social relations.
