With improvised music concerts in various culturally renowned spaces in the cities of Medellín and Bogotá, Colombia, and Sound Practice workshops, the Made of Bones tour in exchange with the Ensemble [expr]-Sound practices workshop, aims to be an enriching cultural experience for the local population, promoting interest in improvised music and creating an inclusive and pleasant environment for all ages.
Made of Bones is a Portuguese group composed of Duarte Fonseca (drums), João Clemente (guitar), Nuno Santos Días (Waldorf keyboard) and Ricardo Sousa (double bass). The 4 of them have been collaborators for almost 20 years and have shared numerous recording sessions, concerts and musical projects in the most diverse areas. They have recorded 4 albums, 3 of them released by the publisher Profound Whatever and 1 by the Phonogram Unit. The music they make is characterized by spontaneity and the organic relationship between the musicians.
Made of Bones has been the winner of the 2023 Ibermúsicas calls for Circulation Aid.
