Made huge roars right after release

Early on the morning of Sunday, August 7, the party sang its last verse for a 32-year-old in Tampa, Florida.

The man was arrested by the police after driving drunk and crashing into the back of a car on the country road.

The local newspaper writes Tampa Bay Times.

Short-lived pleasure

The police carried out a check on the man where, among other things, he tested positive on a blood alcohol test.

The blood alcohol test left little doubt about the man’s condition and thus he was right in the cell in the Pinellas County Jail. The bail was set at 500 dollars, which corresponds to around 5,000 Norwegian kroner.

Already later in the day, the man paid the bail out of his own pocket and was thus free again.

But the joy was to be short-lived.

Quick out, quick back in

Shortly after his release, according to the Tampa Bay Times, the man allegedly tried to break into three different cars parked just outside.

The 32-year-old’s explanation to the police officers who arrested him was that he had left the keys inside the car.

There was just one problem: all the cars turned out to belong to police officers who were out on a mission.

The end of the visa was a quick return to prison, this time charged with attempted burglary.

Before he got out, he had to dig extra deep in his wallet. According to the Tampa Bay Times, the bail was set considerably higher at NOK 145,000.
