It is, perhaps, the last version of Catalina before the big upheaval of macOS Big Sur! Unfortunately, macOS 10.15.6 is still largely unknown despite a four beta cycle. But keep your fingers crossed, the release notes will certainly tell us more in a few minutes.
The macOS 10.15.6 combo update is available at this address. As is customary after a new version of macOS, Apple provides security updates for previous systems. macOS High Sierra and macOS Mojave thus inherit an update 2020-004.
