The issue concerned labeling and the removal of the words “fruit juice” from all Joker product packaging and the removal of the blue, white and red banner for the “Juice me up” range.

The public rapporteur (ie judge) decided on Tuesday in Dijon that the appeal by the company Eckes Granini against the decision of the prefecture should be suspended.
The court’s decision will be announced in the coming days.
