Maccabi Petah Tikva secured a stay with 0:4 over Hapoel Hadera

The stadium in Netanya is the only one that lights up this season for Maccabi Petah Tikva, except for its home field. Six days after qualifying for the final of the State Cup with a trio against Hapoel Nof HaGilil, the finalist tonight (Monday) defeated Hapoel Hadera 0:4 and definitively secured another season in the Premier League. A double by Anas Mahamid and a beautiful goal by Maor Levy closed things off in the first half and arranged a second away win overall for the Luzonites this season, with the previous one also being in the same stadium (0:1 against Maccabi Netanya about three months ago). Now the winner will be able to arrive at the derby on Saturday with a calm mind and start preparations for the cup final, while Hapoel Hadera is still in the cauldron and will need points against Maccabi Netanya on Saturday to avoid reaching the final round of the lower playoffs against Hapoel Tel Aviv when it is still in danger of relegation.

What is left for the teams fighting against relegation?

Hapoel Hadera: Maccabi Netanya (away, May 11), Hapoel Tel Aviv (home, May 18)

tax. Ashdod: Hapoel Tel Aviv (away, May 11), Hapoel Jerusalem (home, May 18)

Hapoel Tel Aviv: MS. Ashdod (home, May 11), Hapoel Hadera (away, May 18)
