On the evening of September 11, the dazzling fireworks illuminated both sides of the Haojiang River. After a hiatus of three years, the “Macao International Fireworks Display Contest” made a magnificent comeback. This year’s event is scheduled to take place on September 11, 16, and 23, as well as October 1 and 7, spanning five evenings of contest. Ten fireworks companies from Australia, Switzerland, Austria, Russia, the Philippines, Japan, China, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Germany will take turns appearing according to the competition schedule.
