It was with his partner, Vincent Benoliel, founder of the Michelina pastry shop in Los Angeles, that Mr. Pokora set out to conquer pasta and catering! Pasta Corner is a restaurant of Italian specialties inspired by authentic family recipes made with very high quality and seasonal ingredients. The concept: to offer fresh pasta entirely made on site the same day, accompanied by sauces with flavors reminiscent of Italy.
