Earthquake a magnitude of 5.6 fluctuated CianjurWest Java, Monday (11/21).
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers, with coordinates 6.84 south latitude – 107.05 east longitude and was felt up to Jakarta.
The earthquake shook a number of office buildings. A number of employees in one of the office buildings in Jakarta panicked.
Employees have been evacuated from the building.
“Earthquakes,” some of the women shouted.
The earthquake was also felt in East Cilandak, south of Jakarta.
“In Jagakarsa, the earthquake was felt for about a minute, it really felt like it was shaking,” said Stefanus, a resident of Jagakarsa.
The quake was felt strongly in the heart of the capital. “Jakarta thamrin was really cool, oh my god,” said Astri, a private employee.
