Lyon provisionally regained the lead in the championship by winning 3-2 in Brest after an unbridled match marked by big defensive errors for the Bretons, Friday at the opening of the 26th day of Ligue 1.
The Lyonnais took off in the first period on goals from Lucas Paqueta (9th) and Houssem Aouar (28th) as well as a penalty obtained and converted by Memphis Depay (43rd), but the Brestois came back to score in the second half by Brendan Chardonnet (52nd) and Irvin Cardona (73rd).
