The Saint-Joseph Saint-Luc hospital center in the 7e Lyon district (Rhône) is one of the many collateral victims of the fire on the OVH computer server site in Strasbourg on Wednesday March 10, 2021.
This Thursday, the hospital website is completely inaccessible, which can complicate access to certain services.
A temporary interface set up by the hospital
If you try to access the hospital site to obtain information or to book an appointment, you may come across an error page.
Contacted by Lyon news, the hospital is keen to reassure his patients : “No sensitive data has leaked”, as some people feared after the recent cyberattacks against healthcare establishments.
While waiting for the situation to recover, the computer services of the hospital center “are working to set up, in the next few hours, a provisional interface« .

On this provisional page, it will be possible in particular to register for maternity ormake payments online.
