The site DownDetector, which collects reports for malfunctions or inefficiencies related to websites, applications and internet operators, notes that the down would have started around 9 am on Tuesday 13 July, progressively worsening around lunchtime and continuing throughout the day .
The line was off for all users in Italy, from North to South. Most of the reports came from the big cities, where the mobile operator has more customers.
