The company explained that it has received high praise for establishing systems such as an optional working hours system that allows for free commuting, an average of 1.5 vacation days per month, and a sabbatical provided every five years after joining. in the company.
Since 2017, the Ministry of Labor and Labor has been selecting companies that practice work-life balance to improve the work culture. This year, 17 companies and institutions, including LX Semicon, were selected as companies practicing work-life balance.
