Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington were the surprise at Ralph Lauren’s New York Fashion Week show.
Hand in hand, two of the legends of the fashion industry joined forces to present the Spring/Summer 2025 collection.
The show was held in East Hampton, one of the favorite vacation rental areas of wealthy Americans from the East Coast.
Christy Turlington presented two Ralph Lauren clothing models. The first was a suit with long and wide pants combined with a translucent shirt, and the second a cropped blazer, with a white shirt and jeans rubbed at the knees.
Naomi Campbell was dressed in a long beaded skirt and T-shirt, and for her second outing she wore a sports jacket.
Ralph Lauren’s collection emphasized suede and denim designs, in white, cream and blue, with a few sporty models in bright colors.
The main motif of the show is about clothes created for every generation. Not only professional mannequins, but also children appeared on the catwalk.
Among the new faces presenting Ralph Lauren clothes was Christy Turlington’s daughter Gracie Burns.
The fashion show was watched live by US First Lady Jill Biden, Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour, actors Jude Law, Naomi Watts, Laura Dern and Tom Hiddleston, as well as model Tina Kunaki and others.
The Independent describes the show as “a glimpse into Ralph Lauren’s American dream: luxury, serenity and a hall full of stars of all ages and industries”.
