Luxury Cars Confiscated in Bribery Case of Supreme Judges by KPK in Jakarta

KPK confiscated a number of luxury cars related to the bribery case of supreme judges. The investigation team is currently investigating allegations that the luxury car was given by the suspect Dadan Tri Yudianto to the Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Hasby Hasan.

“Related to giving bribes at the Supreme Court, namely DTY giving a car to brother HH, we will investigate later,” said KPK Investigation Director Asep Guntur at the KPK, South Jakarta, Tuesday (16/5/2023).

During the trial it was discovered that Dadan had purchased a number of cars. The luxury car was allegedly given to Hasbi Hasan. Asep said that currently his party was tracing the sequence of allegations that Hasbi Hasan was given a luxury car.

“Indeed, in court it was conveyed that aside from McLarens, there were also Porsches and others. Later, we are currently investigating whether to give it to whom or when,” said Asep.

The Riddle of a Woman Who Owns a Land Cruiser

One of the cars confiscated by the KPK was a Land Cruiser 300 GR-S 4×4. In the KPK prosecutor’s lawsuit, Dadan Tri also purchased the car.

However, the identity of the luxury vehicle owner is not in the name of Dadan Tri. The Land Cruiser car is owned by a woman named Sazitta Damara. This was stated in the STNK of the car which was confiscated by the KPK.

Asep was also asked about the figure of Sazitta Damara as the owner of the Land Cruiser. Asep admitted that currently the investigation team is still investigating Sazitta’s involvement in the ownership of luxury cars in the vortex of the bribery case at the Supreme Court.

“That’s in the name of a woman, what condition is the car, how is it related, what we are currently investigating. What is the relationship between the vehicle and the parties, in this case the giver and also the recipient,” said Asep.

List of luxury cars confiscated by the KPK in connection with the bribery case for Supreme Court judges

Supreme Court judge Sudrajad Dimyati did not mind being sentenced to 13 years in prison for accepting bribes in trying bankruptcy cases. The KPK has seized the Ferrari Type California and dozens of gold bars in this case.

This was stated in the KPK prosecutor’s charge sheet, which was cited detikcom, Monday (15/3/2023). In the lawsuit, it was revealed that a number of assets were confiscated, namely:

– One unit of McLarens brand car, Type MP4-12C 3.8, Volcano Yellow color, police number B-1-STN
– One unit of Hyundai brand car, Type Creta Prime 1.5 AT, black color, plate number B-1682-DFW
– One unit of Mitsubishi X Pander 15 L Sport 4 X 2 car with police number B-2899
– One unit of Toyota brand car Type LC 300 GR-S 4×4 AT police number B-2709-SJ

“All of them were returned to the Public Prosecutor for use in other cases,” said the KPK prosecutor.

In that file, it was stated that the Ferrari Type California, McLaren, and Toyota Land Cruiser 300 types were confiscated from Dadan Tri Yudianto, a lawyer. Receipts for the purchase of McLaren worth Rp. 3.2 billion were also confiscated, Ferrari worth Rp. 2 billion and Land Cruiser 300 worth Rp. 3.8 billion.
