The Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) has searched the house Harvey Moeis who has now been named a suspect in the alleged corruption case regarding tin commodity trading in the PT Timah Tbk mining business permit (IUP) area from 2015 to 2022. From the results of the search, investigators confiscated a number of pieces of evidence, from electronic evidence, documents, to 2 luxury cars.
Previously, the Attorney General’s Office confiscated 2 luxury cars belonging to Harvey Moeis in connection with the alleged tin corruption case in the PT Timah Tbk IUP area in 2015-2022. One of the cars confiscated was a MINI Cooper.
“The Investigating Team succeeded in confiscating electronic evidence, a collection of related documents, as well as 2 luxury cars, namely 1 red Mini Cooper S Countryman F 60 and 1 black Rolls-Royce car,” said the Head of the Attorney General’s Penkum, Ketut Sumedana. , in his statement, Tuesday (2/4/2024).

The AGO also confiscated another luxury car, namely a Rolls-Royce. It is known that the Rolls-Royce was a gift from Harvey to his wife, Sandra Dewi.
In this case, the Attorney General’s Office has named 16 suspects, one of whom was charged with obstructing the investigation. Meanwhile, there are 15 other suspects in the main case. Here are the details:
