The Directorate of Health Affairs of the Governorate of Luxor announced that, with the contribution of the General Administration of Dentistry of the Directorate, daily educational seminars were organized in the health units of the Governorate to raise awareness on the conservation of teeth, according to the indications of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population, and under the supervision of the Central Dental Administration of the Ministry and the directives of Dr. Taher Ayoub, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Luxor, and Dr. Sahar Abu Al-Wafa Megally, Director General of the Department of Dentistry in the Management.
Dr. Taher Ayoub, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Luxor Governorate, said in a press release that dentists hold daily educational seminars in Governorate-level health units in order to raise health awareness of those who visit. health units in everything related to maintaining oral and dental health and ways to prevent infections Gums, calcareous deposits, the importance of conservative treatment for the teeth, proper nutrition for children and pregnant women for maintaining healthy teeth and other preventive instructions to aid the public health of Luxor citizens.
In the same context, Dr. Al-Taher Ayoub, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Luxor Governorate, conducted a visit to the hospital for fever, digestive system and liver, after the hospital entered into a contract with the General Authority for Global Health Insurance, in order to provide hospital services to health insurance beneficiaries in Luxor. He was received by Luxor’s Undersecretary of Health, Dr. Mohamed Mohamed Al-Ramli, director of the hospital, during which he participated in part of the scientific day that the hospital continues to organize, and praised the idea and the effort. , then inspected the endoscopy ward under construction and indicated the need to open the ward as soon as possible to serve the people of Luxor, inspected the ICU and thanked the efforts of doctors and nurses, then went to the kitchen , in the shops and at the restaurant and, at the end of the visit, thanked the hospital management and all the staff for their efforts in serving patients.
