We are looking for 1. August 2024 for our location Essen several Trainees (m/f/d) to become legal and notary assistants
As part of your training, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day work of a major international law firm and a notary’s office and will actively shape the office organization. You are the interface between lawyers/notaries and clients.

Your tasks

• Correspondence with clients, courts, authorities and bailiffs
• File maintenance as well as follow-up and deadline control
• Writing from dictation
• Preparation of invoices as well as letters of request and reminders
• Processing of out-of-court and judicial dunning procedures and compulsory enforcement
• Preparation of cost assessment applications and review of cost assessment decisions
• Support and preparation of notarial documents (e.g. property purchase contracts, company formations)
• Processing of notarial processes

your profile

• You have successfully completed your intermediate secondary school leaving certificate, your technical college entrance qualification or your Abitur.
• You are confident in German spelling and have good knowledge of English.
• You have a careful, reliable way of working and have strong communication skills.
• You have a quick comprehension, a high level of motivation and initiative.
