The Mexican Lupita D’Alessio will be the recipient of the Legend Award during the next edition of the Latin American Music Awards 2022.
The 68-year-old performer will be recognized for 50 years of artistic career in Mexico and Latin America.
In addition to the recognition, D’Alessio will be part of the award ceremony, which will take place on Thursday, April 21 in Las Vegas, and will delight the other artists who attend the ceremony.
“Lupita D’Alessio sustains more than 50 years of a successful artistic career that she has consecrated with great tenacity and strength, creating a unique style that has elevated her as one of the best performers in Mexico and a music superstar in Latin America”, reads in a statement.
