Lunel: 13 FG Express employees win their case

In February 2020, the company FG EXPRESS, a subcontractor of Chronopost and DPD France (two subsidiaries of La Poste) had stopped paying employees who continued to work despite everything.

Last year, 57 employees suddenly received by email, a message regarding the company’s bankruptcy, no longer able to pay them. Suddenly dismissed, the latter did not receive their respective salaries for the months of January and February, knowing that salary delays had already been reported.

To date, 13 cases have obtained compensation for this damage

The ALTEO firm, (Avocat.es Montpelliérain.es specializing in social law) carried all of these files. The CGT FAPT 34, having constituted itself as an intervenor in each of its cases, expresses its satisfaction for this victory of the employees.

« We denounce once again, a system which allows ordering companies to engage in social dumping and to draw ever lower collective guarantees for employees as well as their salaries, »Declares the CGT.

The General Confederation of Labor also underlines “That a first petition calling for the payment of salaries was overwhelmingly signed by the staff in 2019.”
