In order to purchase the building for further development of the business, four companies have joined together in the transaction: SIA “Centrometal” – representative of industrial and private heating equipment and systems in Latvia; SIA “Prosale”, a plumbing and heating goods retailer, which owns 6 stores in Latvian regions (Rīga, Cēsis, Rēzekne, Saldu, Liepāja and Jēkabpilī); SIA “Katlumāja” – operator of planning, designing and assembly of boiler houses; as well as SIA “Luna Real Estate”, which deals with the purchase and sale of real estate.
“The main activity of the group is the sale of sanitary ware and the planning, design and assembly of heating systems, which is currently very relevant and in high demand due to the high energy prices, especially the replacement of gas boilers. The allocated financing for the purchase of the building will provide an opportunity to further develop and provide services in response to the growing demand and serving more companies and individuals who want to implement an economically advantageous heating system solution,” says Ilze Zoltner, head of Luminor’s Corporate Department.
“By working together and combining resources, it is easier to attract the necessary financing for development and achieve higher business results. Each of the companies of the association operates in its own field, but we are all connected – one is engaged in the import and service provision of plumbing and heating systems, others ensure the installation of qualified equipment and after-sales service, provides retail services and maintains real estate. The granted bank loan will be used by all the companies of the association to increase their influence in the heating equipment market and improve customer service,” explains the representative and co-owner of the association Sigurds Zuntner.
