“Luminor” bank has granted financing in the amount of EUR 1.35 million to the construction material trader “Vides tehnika” SIA. The loan is intended for increasing the company’s current assets, factoring, vehicle leasing and covering the loan for real estate, the bank reports.

SIA “Vides tehnika” is engaged in the sale of thermal insulation and construction materials and equipment related to building insulation.
“Recent years have brought many challenges to the construction industry and related companies – supply chain disruptions and rising inflation have created additional burdens. Thanks to professional company management, “Vides tehnika” has been able to diversify its income and maintain good financial indicators. The company mainly offers ecological, nature-friendly friendly materials and uses sustainable solutions, which are valued in the long term,” comments Ilze Zoltner, head of Luminor’s Corporate Department
SIA “Vides tehnika” delivers most of its product range from abroad. During the construction season, the company increases stock volumes to ensure continuous availability of building materials to customers – mainly a wide assortment of fiberboard insulation boards. The company also offers building films, building materials, glues and adhesive tapes, heating systems, plumbing and other goods.
“Despite the economically challenging times, we have seen opportunities for the development of the company, which requires bank co-financing. We plan to renew our equipment and car fleet, increase the volume of goods to be able to meet demand, and also offer our cooperation partners more favorable payment terms in order to increase sales volumes. Additional the working capital will be useful to ensure a continuous flow of payments with suppliers, and the bank’s support will allow it to be implemented,” says Didzis Eglītis, owner and manager of SIA “Vides tehnika”.
The company was founded in 2008. Its product range includes many environmentally friendly and ecological insulation materials. SIA “Vides tehnika” also performs insulation of buildings throughout Latvia.
