Lukashenko called the Lithuanian authorities crazy

The Lithuanian authorities do not know what they are doing. The President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said this today, August 15, in an interview with the Rossiya TV channel.

“Mad Men. If I were you, I wouldn’t comment on many issues regarding Lithuania. Because they themselves do not know what they are doing. These are mad people, really mad. Well, what can we say about them? If there were responsible politicians, we could talk about their policies. But there are no responsible politicians,” – he said, referring to the ban on entry of cars with Belarusian license plates into Lithuania.

According to him, from an economic point of view, there are even advantages in the decision of the Lithuanian authorities.

“God bless you. Those of us stopped exporting (although there is less now) money outside of Belarus and Russia. The Russians are the same. The money will stay here .This so-called economic tourism is a huge amount of money taken out of here.” – emphasized Lukashenko.

Let us remind you that the Lithuanian authorities have been systematically moving towards reducing transport links with Belarus. Previously, Vilnius closed several border checkpoints and reduced the number of bus routes between the countries. From August 16, Lithuania prohibits the entry into its territory of passenger cars with Belarusian registration.
