Self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko arrived in China on February 28, plans to meet with Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

Details: Lukashenka’s plane landed at the Beijing airport. He plans to stay in China until March 2 to hold “a series of meetings with top officials of the PRC and the leadership of leading Chinese corporations.”
Belarusian media reports that Lukashenka and Xi will hold talks in narrow and expanded formats. It is expected that as a result of the talks, “a large package of documents on the development of relations in key areas” will be signed.
