Luka’s Journey on The X Factor: Dancing, Singing, and Overcoming Reservations

Already in the first live show, the participant of the show wants to show that dancing and singing at the same time is her “drive”. The young woman is sure that the performance will be remembered – you have to come with a little “bang”.

“I have graduated from Agra Danilevich dance school “Dzirnas”. There I learned different dance styles, from ballet to hip-hop and salsa. I believe that it was there, participating in countless concerts and performances, that I learned stage culture and discipline. At the moment I am part of Ieva Biteniece’s dance studio “PROX”. I am truly lucky to have found Ieva, because she is one of my great inspirations in my daily routine,” says Luka about her dancing experience.

The show participant does not reveal what song she will sing, but mysteriously says that the song’s text contains a very significant message, which tells about the fact that reservations will always hold you back, will not allow you to develop to your full potential. We cannot forget that everything we do, we do for ourselves, not for someone else.

“My main assistant in the process of preparing for ‘X Factor’ is my vocal teacher Annie Oueyane. We are working hard on the songs, trying to adapt and transform them to my personality and voice. Annie is also one of my emotional supports, who will always cheer me up and push me forward! Thanks also to dad for taking on the position of private driver, it is very important to get everywhere on time and without stress,” says Luka sweetly.

The singer also rehearses at home, but she has moved to another apartment and apologizes to the neighbors who will have to listen to her rehearsals. Luka has unconsciously developed a daily ritual – to rehearse the performance at least five times.

“I am quite confident about the work I have put in to make the performance enjoyable for both me and you, the audience. As a perfectionist, I believe that there is always room for improvement, but the first performance for the whole team turned out great. There is a pleasant excitement in me. Little Luka’s dream of participating in the “X Factor” has come true.

In the last year, I have learned to trust fate. For my part, I am doing everything to convince the audience and the jury that I should stay longer in the show. If I am destined to go, then it will have to be that way,” says Luka.

Luka says a big thank you to her supporters for the love, joy and inspiration she receives, there is so much of everything positive that the musician does not know where to look for joy. She hugs each of her fans tightly and hopes that their adventures together have only just begun.
