Lukas Bissig is in a class of its own | Sports regional

On June 27th, the 19th Central Swiss Junior Wrestling Day took place in Baar. 19 Urner born between 2003 and 2006 were able to qualify for this event with good performances during the current season. Two final course participations, one of which was a category win, and a total of ten awards looked out.

In the 2006 vintage, seven people from Uri competed for the coveted awards. The best was Raphael Briker, Seedorf. He qualified for the final course with four wins and one gear. There he was left behind against Stefan Hurschler, Engelberg. He finished the festival on rank 4a. Elias Arnold, Schattdorf, also won a double branch. In the 2005 vintage, Lars Herger, Schattdorf, achieved a good fourth place finish with four wins and two gears. Lukas Gisler, Spiringen, was ranked 10b. He had three wins and three lost courses on his sheet of music. Simon Müller, Spiringen, also ended the festival with three wins and three lost courses. He finished twelfth. All won a double branch. Tim Lustenberger and Carlo von Rickenbach, both from the Schwingklub Entlebuch, made the victory among themselves. Lustenberger won the final course. He was ranked 1a and Carlo von Rickenbach was ranked 1b.

Bissig victoriously contests every course

The only one from Uri to win an award in the 2004 category was Peter Zberg, Bristen. He finished 7d with three wins, one set and two lost gears. Kevin von Wyl, Sachseln, won the final course against Kevin Steinauer, Willerzell. Lukas Bissig, Attinghausen, was in a class of his own in the 2003-born category. His opponent was Marc Lustenberger, Hasle. With an explosive attack, he won this category with superiority. Roger Betschart, Attinghausen, secured rank 5a with three wins and three losses. Two people from Uri finished in sixth place. Elias Epp, Attinghausen, had three wins and three lost courses on his sheet of music and Flavio Herger, Schattdorf, two wins, three set and one lost course. They enjoyed a double branch. (pd)
