Investigative Police (PDI) of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM), arrested Edgar Alejandro ‘N’, for his probable participation in the murder Luis Miranda CardosThe, father of the former head of Sedesol, Luis Miranda Nava.
Edgar Alejandro ‘N’ was placed at the disposal of the judicial authority in the Tenango Prison, where his legal status will be determined. This is the second person arrested for these events, since on August 16 Arthur ‘N was captured‘, However, he was found dead in the jail where he was.
Luis Miranda Cardoso was found dead at his home in the Sector Popular neighborhood, also known as the Sánchez neighborhood, so that ministerial and expert personnel from this Attorney General’s Office began the respective proceedings to identify and locate the probable participant or participants in these events.
The motive for this crime, which has been strengthened up to this point in the investigation, is house robbery.
This subject apparently drove a white Jetta-type vehicle, in which the items stolen from the victim’s house would be transported and would facilitate the escape of other probable participants in this crime.
Thanks to the monitoring and analysis of the surveillance cameras of the C5 of the State of Mexico, and the support of the staff of the State Security Secretariat (SS), it was possible to identify the route that this vehicle followed, which was captured in the same place where a van belonging to the victim was found, which was stolen from the property where the body was located.
After being captured, part of what was stolen from the property owned by the victim was found.
