“Since his arrival he has performed successfully in the lower categories of the national team. In 2015 he became European champion with the Under 19 team. In 2018 he was gold medalist at the Mediterranean Games with the Under 18 team.”
“He was then appointed coach of the Under-21 team in July 2018. A year later, in 2019, he became European champion in Italy with reserves. The coach is also Olympic silver medalist at the Tokyo 2020 Games.”
