The President Luis Abinader He will travel to the United States today to participate in various activities in New York and Washington, having been invited by international organizations.
The president, according to a note from the Presidency, will leave in the afternoon on a commercial flight to New York, through the Las Américas José Francisco Peña Gómez airport, since this Wednesday he will have a speech at the Conference on Investment Infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean.

That same day, Abinader will travel to Washington, because the next day he will be a speaker at the 27th Annual Conference of the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF), at the headquarters of the Organization of American States (OAS).
The president, who is scheduled to return on Thursday evening, will travel accompanied by Ministers Roberto Álvarez, of Foreign Affairs; Jochy Vicente, of Finance; and Victor -Ito- Bisonó, of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs.
President Abinader will also be accompanied by his assistants, Eilyn Beltran and Lourdes Herreraas well as the deputy chief of the Presidential Security Corps (Cusep), Colonel (ERD) Rafael Ramírez.
